I’ve tried a million diets, shakes, exercise plans, nutrition plans, fit tips, and fasts to lose weight.

I’ve lost the weight. Plenty of times.

And I gained it back every single time.

If you asked me two years ago about my past weight loss roller coaster, I would have told you that that’s just the way it is.

I would have painted a picture for you: I set a goal in the fall to lose the weight for the spring. I would get down on myself for not having lost all the weight sometimes and then sometimes I would get excited because I actually did lose the weight. And then fall would come, I would get busy & stressed and gain the weight back. Around would come New Years resolution time and there goes the goal setting process to close up that cycle and start a new one.

Does any of that sound familiar?

Are you anything like me?

Because if so, I want you to know, that just like me, you can rewrite your past.

If you asked me right now about my weight loss in the past, I would have a very different answer.

I would tell you a story of how I never gave up. I kept trying. In fact, I learned and studied and now have a ton of knowledge about the body and what works and doesn’t work for me and my clients.

I proved to myself that I don’t give up on my dreams. I keep going even when the going gets tough. I kept my chin up even when it was just me rooting for myself.

I am so freaking proud of myself and if I could I’d go back in time and kiss myself out of so much love & pride for the me that picked herself up again each time.

Each failure gave me an option to back out. And I never did.

As you can see, I think very differently about my past now than I did a few years ago.

You can rewrite your past.

I did.

And then I wrote a new future where I kept the weight off for good.

The past is in the past.

You get to decide what you’re going to think about the past.

You get to decide the story you’re going to tell yourself and others about the past.

So what’s your story?

If you don’t like it, rewrite it.

Rewrite it from the perspective of the person who has accomplished her goal.

You can rewrite your past. I give you permission to do so immediately.

If you don’t want to do it alone, I’ve got you.  Schedule your consultation call today.
