I’ve tried a million diets, shakes, exercise plans, nutrition plans, fit tips, and fasts to lose weight.
I’ve lost the weight. Plenty of times.
And I gained it back every single time.
If you asked me two years ago about my past weight loss roller coaster, I would have told you that that’s just the way it is.
The number on the scale is a number.
Numbers aren’t good or bad.
They’re just numbers. Neutral.
Neutral numbers.
For 15 years I rode the weight loss roller coaster.
I lost some weight and gained it back.
I gained some weight and then lost it.
